I think we might be able to maximize the sellers profit while making a little money ourselves.

I have a property in New York that I'm putting on the market next week, which should net about $140k in profit after selling it, and I'm planning on rolling that into 2 new property purchases in North Carolina. 

Wholesalers are going to have to add their fee and that will suck most of the profit out of it.

If its a deal from a wholesaler, you could not do financing bc the wholesaler would not make their profit as the bank would not allow for it.

Just looking for any tips from some of you saltier agents out there on ways I can prepare for my new career and ease the transition a bit.

Basically that is just the information that pertains to the profit and loss of the property.
