I also have on the listing that there is surveillance cameras in front of the home for their safety.

Right now you have a safety net, you remove that and the cost of education becomes significant.

You could also go after one of the online portals that their compliance allows them to advertise to the general public.The tone of your post seems like you would be inclined to chase returns when in fact you should be seeking safety and preservation of your capital.

Asheville adopted something similar in 2017, with similar goals, any it didn't move the needle at all on small developments, largely due to fairly onerous building/development requirements (fire safety/open space/tree save/parking) once you exceeded a certain number of units.

There might be safety issues that need to be addressed right away, and at very least you will get a good idea of what big ticket items might be needing attention.

I don't know in which order ppl would prioritize but I am new & don't know anything about area, I would prioritize Price & distance to Disney.

If it is a pretty standard lease, it should state with advance notice, unless it is constituted an emergency and you need to enter for safety and/or other concerns for the property.
