Hey BP Money listeners,This is most specifically for folks in the Portland Oregon area but I’d love feedback from anyone.

There is a lot of hard work involved in building up assets and cash wealth plus also great credit that can be used to position you to be able to make investments with OPM (other people's money) i,e. banks, and other lenders like private and hard money lenders. 

Do you have a picture map to put here of the 8 acres to see how it is positioned?

For example, I recently spoke with a note investor with the following initial qualifiers: NPN / SFR / Current Market Value: $50K - $250K /  2 or 3 BD / min 880 SF / County Population: min 50,000 / Low Crime RateAny feedback or insight would be appreciated. 

How do position myself to purchase an income producing commercial property?

Of course you can talk tough and try to bluff them but I suspect you are in a weak legal position.
