In doing so you'll see who the key players are that are doing deals.

Property management is the biggest part as if they are handling the work you have to be sure that they are competent and going to be able to handle things on your behalf and not let the property deteriorate.

After I look at the file I try to find who are the key players and where they live.

There are some big players there who are there week in and week out and have been for years.

Then you are only competing with other investors but we all know there are plenty of those to go around.Condos and Apartment buildings really scare me.

I am thinking that it would be tough to compete in Vegas.

You have big time wholesalers, flippers and retail buyers to compete against.

Doesn't usually go that way as it's hard to compete with the puppy mills and mall pet stores.

The problem that is happening here is with a condo I am trying to rent that would compete with nicer apartment units.
