Hi Kat, you can apply and get "pre-qualified" however UW of you and the property wont actually begin until you show a fully signed PSA.

The previous owner has a fabulous existing tenant who has signed a lease until May 2019.

As a broker/agent, until I have a signed offer in hand with proof of funds, there's nothing to discuss.
