I was reading one of the books recommended off BiggerPockets and they mentioned two different platforms to use for rental property management.  

then you could fix the crack lines and re paint or carpet... but it does seem the problem stems from the flat backyard and the downspouts are eroding or settling your soil under the slab...I think the general building dept. code is to have positive drainage for 6feet from your structure to get water away.. just a good guideline to keep in mind for drainage.

Does this mean that if I invest through a crowdfunding platform and purchase parts of loans in 10 different states I will need to file 10 state tax returns?

With the advent of crowdfunding platforms in the last few years there are many real estate and real estate related investments available to the passive investor, anticipated annual returns from 8% to 20%.  

We ordered the Spa Sensations black platform bed frame at Walmart (about $60) a bit more at the moment, prices fluctuate all the time just like Amazon.  

Rich Dad is a great book, this platform is a great to meet like minded people.
