I'd say it can be a major hack for a younger person that wants to subsidize mortgage with room mates.

i personally look at SFH as a collection of what it'll bring because often cashflow isn't the only variable.

I was not sure the legality and tax implications of using personal assets to help fund LLC ventures. 

Just open a separate bank account, give it a business name and keep track of all income and expenses.

I highly recommend beyond the trust thing to spell out in black and white EXACTLY what each person is responsible for.

I've been studying videos and personally gone through these nightmare pop-up expenses via my rental properties so it's been actually helpful in my journey trying to find my own home to live in.

My personal goal is to generate as much cash flow as possible so I can reach FIRE status as soon as possible and then just invest in RE full time.
