Can a person own two homes with two VA loans and refinance one of the homes  into a conventional loan freeing up some of the entitlement which would enable you to buy a 3rd home under the VA loan?

Personally, I'd run the business knowing capital will be TRAPPED in these rentals, and rates won't drop much in the next 4 years.

If you have lower class rentals C-/D class then you might feel you need to be able to pressure tenants to keep them in line and the ability to non-renew them could be a benefit.
