Maybe I'll just bite the bullet and purchase a package of 5 e-mail addresses and make myself everything from CEO/Chairman of the Board/Lord-God of the firm to Second Shift Lead under the Assistant to the Night Janitor.

But I also do not have to spend $1500 knowing it will not be as easy as it is made out to be.just rebranding and packaging and old model that the counties have really cracked down on.. 20 years ago it was different.. can it be done sure .. is it hard EXTREMELY ..

The better way to think of it is that you will have to buy better deals or create more value so that your cashflow will be same or better than prior.Plus portfolio/commercial loans can package multiple loans together too so you can do 5 BRRR's at one time and cash out refinance as soon as you get a lease agreement with a "blanket," loan that ties together 5 trust deeds/properties into one mortgage.
