Do you think that most visitors would prefer to stay in a property closer to the town center where there is easier access to places of convenience (restaurants, entertainment, grocery, etc......) or out in the middle of no where it is devoid of city lights.Access to water seems to be a luxury in the desert. 

This entertainment district also has a great deal of Kansas City history and is a prime place to find affordable real estate.

I'm looking for 75% LTVs and most local banks in the state the property is located in won't even entertain the thought.

Outdoor wiring is usually pretty beefy and not intended to be strung across a lawn (you would bury it under those conditions)Was the wiring in a location that made it venerable to yard equipment?

We wanted to add to our rental portfolio while also in need of a bigger house due to our growing family.The thing we really love about the house is the huge, well taken care of backyard that gives my family plenty of space for outdoor activities.How did you find the deal and did you or the agent need to do any negotiating?

You left that part out.Yeah, I get it’s the fad to constantly dog the Unites States.Yet, anyone who does sounds ignorant to me when they don’t take into consideration that this country floats a significant portion of the world’s healthcare R&D, technology R&D, entertainment, etc.Yeah, everyone here can be financially free and independent too...you just have to live in the middle of the jungle wearing a loincloth (or don’t) and hunt for wild berries.Someone has to put the work in, and there must be a reason why so many people still choose to move here.

I bought that book years ago, and found it very entertaining and fairly informative.

If you don't and wait until the end of the month they have blown the rent money on booze, women, entertainment, etc.
