I have taken a course of mobile home investing and they made it very clear to stay away from investing in a Mobile home in an age restricted park (55+).

@Catina Carney - my recommendation would be to take the following steps:1. talk to the local zoning supervisor for detailed breakdown of property classes appropriate for temporary structures2. connect with mobile home specialists in the area.

Property is pretty expensive here, there isn't much that RETAILS under 200k other than mobile homes, including smaller single family homes built in early 1900's. 

Some stand by their word and others are full of crap.Another option is investing in syndications for multi family deals or even self storage and mobile home parks.

Every so often I get a mobile homes deal across my desk.

I was concerned with anyone having elderly or challenged with mobility clients or customers. 

But I realize that with modern technology and bigger pockets, Investing anywhere in the country is an option.

I’m considering buying a mobile home and living there while i rent out the other rooms.
