I currently live in San Diego, so I am interested in my local market also, but I am newer here, so I'm still learning the market. 

It's one of the harder markets to find cash flow in, on average, in the US right now, but not the worst.  

May be able to get you a decent chunk of money and market it to my network of investors who would absolutely love that interest rate. 

Once the rehab is completed, we would either continue to rent the property or flip it depending on the market.

Beyond the financial benefits, this investment also provides an opportunity to spend quality time with my children and grandchildren, as we work together to manage and grow this asset.

How did you find the right market?

I am marketing toward Subject To prospects and I have never seen this particular topic regarding refinancing sub to brought up before.

This is going to make me shop other alternatives since I have not checked the market in a while.I have not had a claim with them but I am concerned there will be issues when I do.Update: Just got feedback from them on their last error.
