I keep hearing about this dip but instead of it scaring me, how could I make the best of it?

The main objection is if we have to use multiple investors on deals and what position each investor would take within the deal.

I have been thinking of going the wholesaling route mainly because of the cash I can get from the deals to build capital.

Thanks for the info. in maine we have added risk and weight of snow and ice. risky add more weight to aging roof. ive done both. but prefer rentals get metal roofs so no build up no replacement for 30-50 years. btw 1 inch ice equals 12 inch fresh snow.  

Plus all of the paydown of the loan, and tax benefits. 

And... as an added benefit clearly identifies whom we rent to if there are multiple qualified applicants.
