I’ve been extremely interested in working to find my first deal, but I’m caught between a rock and a hard place right now.

The property values are still rock bottom because no matter how nice the home, the location is what dictates the price. 

Hi Carlos, I'm located in Cincinnati and am looking under rocks for sweet deals or a single property BRRR or flip.  

Thankfully the guys at Bristol Construction have stepped in and are rocking it!  

Honestly you could do a kitchen & windows in a few weeks and be ready to move on with life but to each their own 🤜💥🤛 Rock on!

Between Leander or Round Rock- which area will appreciate more in the next 10 years?

The other things I am thinking is that the bubble may burst at any time and property values will drop like a rock again and I'll be stuck not able to get new loans based on the investment homes being worth less than the loans on them. 

Austin has become insanely overpriced in the last few years, compared to what it was, and the adjacent towns (Round Rock, Pflugerville, etc) are following suit. 

They say that they don't know who is coming and going next door, the people sometimes come in at 2AM via an uber after drinking and are loud.
