In terms of design, you want to have your own idea of the market and design and amenities needed based on locality and what the top STRs in your area are doing or what they are missing.

Just to give you an update.This week, a judgment was issued against Blacktp Construction Group in Lee County, Florida, for over $33k payable to a local stucco company.
