Save up the money for your first deal and start small -- you'll feel a higher level of achievement and won't be hurt as bad in your overall financial picture if you make a few mistakes.

Hey Davon, A really good strategy I have seen people use is talk to them level headed and say "hey, I want to flip x amount of houses per year and most likely I'm going to need a plumber on every one of them.

St Edmunds is building new construction a block west on Prairie and 60th and their is some additional plans for some new mixed & couple large redevelopment projects on that stretch.I have always been a fan of Washington Park but historically(last 70 years) the area has had some of the highest levels of poverty in the city.
