I looked at a property last week that was on the market for about 2 days before I saw it.  

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself to all the members here in hopes of gaining lasting partnerships and friendships with the people here.I am a 30 year old husband and father who lives in the insane area (real estate wise) of Vancouver BC Canada.

This tenant was inherited when I bought the building last year and this is the period when their contract is up for renewal.  

All roofs/heat/water are new within last 5 years. 11 units are rented, 2 are vacant, and 3 need to be rehabbed.
