Our occupancy was pretty good, north of 85% if I remember correctly, but I can't seem to find that data as easily since the layout/format of the website changed a bit.

Hey @Erik Myrold - There is a lot to unpack because scopes can vary so much between the different levels, but I think generally speaking your numbers are in line (maybe slightly low) with where we would be here in Chicago on the north side.I think the other important thing to consider is different gc's are going to vary depending on their overhead and general business layout

The more unconventional / odd layout ones that need work near 117th are @ 150k-175k ish depending, but I've seen nice ones go for over 200k, but I prefer to be further west and north since it's a house hack.
