It was a very good deal, no surprises, just a two month lag in time to wait for the deed to be transferred.

@Steve Bretzke I'm totally with you that there's no point to re-invent the wheel if you can simply pay for it, resulting in a huge shortcut in time and effort and cost.It's true that all the knowledge is out there and can theoretically be obtained for free.

By utilizing my current management companies maintenance team, I don't have to worry about too much repair wise, I just look at the bills online :-) I guess the whole $37 an hour thing is no fun bc they factor in time for materials and labor etc so it adds up.I totally agree with you though Joe, I run another  business daily so it's better for me to stay focused on my bread & butter and let the PM company handle the issues.
