I lived in San Diego for 5 years and this gives me a lot of inspiration to accomplish this in the expensive Miami/Ft Lauderdale market.

I became motivated and inspired after reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad and was sold on real estate!

You will soon get the knack of sifting the wheat from the chaff.And don't forget to hover over "Community", "Education", and "Tools" for inspiration too.

Funny thing is - it was a late night guru that got me really thinking about how to start investing in real estate - I had already wanted to invest but didn't really know the first steps - the commercial inspired me to take action - but not to call their 800 number - instead, I went to the library and read up on the subject - and started to implement it as soon as I was able to.
