What are your impressions?

Beautiful house, very impressive.

It seems like there is lack of consensus on the risk level of New Madrid fault line .Most of my SF rentals were built in 60s to 70s and my impression is that the homes were not designed to withstand a magnitude 6.x or 7.x?   

It gives the wrong impression.

I'm very impressed... you're 21, sounds like you may have little-to-no-debt, some money in the bank, going to school and working a job - wow - it seems as if you're a minority among peers of your age - well done!

However, in your situation, since you are not really in the property management business (you manage your own properties only), perhaps the recommendation was because to give the impression you do have a an active property management business and pay your kids out of that.

I want to work part time, and I was under the impression that the big name brokerages really want full time agents. 

It doesn't take long to be on BP before one might get the impression that investors need contractors far more than contractors need investors.  

Plausible explanation and maybe my spidey senses are off but I didn't get the impression that was the case.
