Horrible idea.

It's been sitting on the market for over 3 months, has a horrible floor plan, and needs about $20K in termite repairs.Now, the owners are absentee owners who live further down the coast in a home worth almost $2 million with about 80% equity in that home.I hear the owners are getting a little more flexible with each passing day, of course.

Was the inside that horrible that this experienced agent agreed to that?

HORRIBLE tax returns (I mean doesn't every self employed person?)

I'm actually HORRIBLE at networking but I'd be interested in this.

Unless I took one room and rented out the rest of the house to the family, which wouldn't be a horrible idea. 

I moved from Tx after all; so then i look at the numbers and see I can't make anything work here in south OC and then go back to out-of-state investing as my solution until I can get into something here... it's a horrible mind game.. and the best time to start is now.. 

Banks make such horrible financial decisions.

I thought that's what late payment fees and penalties were for.Don't get me wrong, it's horrible that people make loan commitments and don't live up to them.

Now granted this might sound horrible to some but for me it was nothing I could not handle.
