Companies like Starbucks, Whole Foods and Trader Joes are chains that DO NOT franchise out, and so they have internal teams doing diligence, market metrics based on income and family size, and tend to pick good soil for their stores. 

There are cleaning products specifically designed to remove mold and prevent it from coming back.Mold requires two things: moisture and food (dust is sufficient).

Just food for thought, watching these developments go up like crazy here has my wheels turning in my head!

Great food for thought here.Also, I like how @Ross Denman aims have maintenance and general upkeep/repair in smaller increments, before they become expensive problems.

They want the same things we do - safe neighborhoods, economic opportunities, healthy food, a safe place for children to play, good schools, respect, etc.

Quite a bit more than the 80 bucks I spent on my homemade, but a great price for a rehab/flip.
