I need some help and wanted to turn to my BP family for advice!

I’m in the upper peninsula and help is hard to find.

When you go to multiple REI events per month and get to know the active REI lenders in town, I think it is pretty helpful for an out-of-town borrower to hear that this company is not known here at all.  

Using David Greene's Core 4 strategy (realtor, contractor, property manager, and lender) helps me invest with confidence.

I am looking for some help and guidance if anyone has any experience with this.

This is the only Hard Money Lender I see do this as this helps investors commit their money to the deal and not to cause stress at closing time. 

Right now I have 2 tenants: a law student, and a travel nurse.I have been trying to fill my last vacancy, and needing to streamline my process when the eventual turnover occurs so I can fill vacancies much faster than what I do today.It helps that you live there.

Customer service is no help.
