Granted some of those are funny memes or jokes at Clayton Morris' expense, but for the most part the vast majority of votes are given for quality posts that help people and display a level of expertise by the poster. 

And others have done that for me as well...the community offering free help is part of what makes this amazing.I could also post tips for self managing, long distance, short term vs. mid term, etc. that would fall under my area of expertise.

This is not a troll post, please enlighten us with your expertise, I really do want to be wrong, but I need to see it in the data with numbers.

I don’t have the real estate expertise a lot of folks on this site have but I do know these two things . 1) Real estate is very forgiving in respect to even if you buy it wrong eventually it will pay off and can be a good investment. 2) a person with a definite purpose and persistence can’t be stopped and will make it when others fail

You're obviously far more focused on the $10K in your pocket and not paying them anything for their expertise and knowledge.It does seem you feel that the job was easier than you anticipated.
