If I had an agent come in and ask me if the could wholesale on the side, I'd look at them like they were  nuts and then fire them.

Also a lot of owners just constantly fish at high prices, some of those buildings have probably been for "sale" for years.

Once I'm done piling up money to buy rental properties, I'll get a boat and we could go fish the Oil Rigs about 50 miles offshore.

Finally I call up ajmadison and ask them to price match the fridge from Amazon, the range from HD, and the DW from Bob's House of Appliances, Fish & Chips and Auto Insurance.Other than clearance sales or damaged items, this method should provide the lowest price possible.

In a nut shell, your old primary residence becomes a full-time rental property that is used 100% for rental.

Don't use a fish eye lens.

That's a MUCH tougher nut to crack.  

I used to 4x4, fish and create random harmless havoc as a kid there and with many friends is about extent of my REI  familiarity to be honest.
