I'm not sure how costly it would be to fight the issue in court. 

But know you will spend a little more money and stressful time till it gets better.Retrench to fight again, this is not the worst that could happen but its time to get ahead of it.Good luck.

If it was a $2500 loan, might be worth the risk, but $250,000 loan, I would think most banks or lenders would think is worth lawyering up and fighting about.   

There are people who will fight for the other side of the argument though and say that you're able to invest in real estate with no money.

I understand your concern I was sweating it myself because my wife has had 4 surgeries in five month and now is fighting phunonia and I'm 60 years old so who is going to hire me I'm a liability so we live off of her disability and it's tough

I've found that they spend so much money trying to fight time and gravity that rent becomes priority #2.

I don't see judges being very sympathetic here, as they would be fighting against a system that they are part of. 

They fight against revitalization and try to hold a community down.

If the seller wants as much as possible, you are fighting the wrong battle.
