Close to some wedding and youth sport venues, which have been our bread & butter in the past along with weekend get away for city residents.We did decide to accept a furnished 5 month stay in one unit that would cover expenses.

Because International travel and real estate investing is a great interest to me, I thought I would introduce myself and hope to start a conversation on options for the favorite places to purchase real estate for like-minded people.

Some of the things I would do is become familiar with the acquisition process and learn about the monthly expenses in your target markets, utilities, property taxes, maintenance, etc.House-hacking is a solid strategy and it's my favorite strategy for getting into the game.
