I’m a data junkie and love to learn but there comes a point where you have to take definitive action to add depth to your understanding.For me, one action step has been to learn where the experienced investors are and connect with them to speed up my understanding.

There are also several other experienced tax professionals who specialize working with real estate investors, they might not be local to you but most of them will work with clients remotely.

It is very common to see automotive, gas stations, and dry cleaners that have environmental issues which can get expensive beyond belief.If you want to do whats called a desktop review or RSRA report to see what kind of environmental issues the property may have please let me know.

We are also experiencing slowing down around San Francisco Bay Area as well.
