The property management company I work for refuses to accept any form of electronic payment.

I don't have an automatic booking - I screen every request - ask questions - look them up on social media if possible - then decide if I will accept that booking.   

@Lisa Anderson I agree there is great need for Homeowner Consultants throughout the US.Starting a builder/contractor review website or social media pages is a great idea.Past customers of builders/contractors would post pictures and commentary added by the consultant as part of the posting/review.What stops you from selling current property ( unlock appreciation)at 550k and building a STVR duplex?

You need to change to an electronic key pad.

I do have construction experience, not only was I an iron worker in the City of Philadelphia, I also worked for an engineering firm in Media, Pa.

I completed my journeyman certification in the Navy in electrical and electronics.

Website, social media profile, business plan, etc.

I can literally go months without any interaction other than statements and electronic deposits. 

I see through social media and in my environment people my age becoming super successful.
