Knowing what I know now, I'm confident I could have accomplished my goals with better deals, but still, I have no plans to sell these.Future purchases will cash flow better no doubt, they will be bought 100% as investment properties with no other purpose.

I doubt you are going to "force" the banks o do anything but, I am certain there is some money to be made in dealing with NPN's it is just not our thing.

I was lucky enough not to have a problem but I had some plumbing issues on my last property and the closer we followed the problems to the foundation the more I could picture the jack hammers and checks coming out to get at the pipes cemented in.I will be watching out for this in the future.
