You let someone stay in your rental for free - or at a steep discount - and they may still abuse the property and cost you thousands more.If you want to donate to a charity, rent the property to a good Tenant and mail a check from the rent proceeds.

Someone needs to exploit that avenue-so what if you get a 'no'. pretty tough to get a discount on ad valorum tax's I personally have never seen it done..

I imagine she Did pretty well  well look her up on county records should be easy.. and offer to buy her portfolio.. that large of portfolio usually has to trade at a  massive discount to market. since buyers are Rare as hens teeth for those big of deals in those areas..
