I agree with you but lenders D, E, F, G and H are all giving mixed information as well.I guess I'll just have to keep digging until I find a lender who has experience working with people in my situation.My situation meaning no debt, plenty of cash and great credit but low income on paper.I have some commercial/portfolio lenders as a back-up plan but I'd obviously like to utilize conventional if possible.
