There are many factors that contribute to the price of water.Washing machines, running toilets and 'guests' are the three that I've seen most often, a distant third is leaky pipes, slow or catastrophic.Tenants will never care as much as you do about the cost of water.  

Sales are slow in my community and almost impossible to sell my lot now.  

That being said, there are plenty of investors out there with deep pockets but little time who are eager to partner on deals.  

Slow and consistent growth for quite some time.

If the broker is experienced, they have deep connections with a lot of lenders that aren't well known on a retail basis, and they may know of some great niche products (lower down, longer fixed periods).

I'm deep into renovating my house for use as a short term rental unit in the upstairs flat. 

No way for me to know the actual expenses without diving in deep.

This is a big market with investors with deep pockets now marketing direct for deals and they don't need to build in a wholesale fee. 

Or is the cleaning fee you are reporting a type of monthly "deep clean" in addition to the regular "turn" cleanings and laundry?
