While much attention is given to the Federal Funds rate, the real concern lies in the potential scarcity of capital in debt markets.

Since the lender will pay off my debts first, and I won't touch the profits yet, do I get taxed after I pay off all my debts and get the remainder?

What is your exit strategy... pay me in cash based on rents or other income?
