Hi all:  I wanted to mainly shout out to the BP community and @BrandonTurner in particular for issuing this challenge in April, 2021 and supporting it through the forum for the next 90.In a nutshell, I worked the program.   

As a new Real estate investor, this has been the most challenging/expensive part of the process.

Tyring to understand from operational point, wouldnt this be challenging getting tenants to pay for utilities under RUBS as they could still challenge on usage and billing.

BTW, BECAUSE we tell our sellers we have zero interest in buying their house( when we think that deal is a better fit for wholsaling  as we usually flip) they prefer us to wholesale rather than buy it ourselves.As you can see, the only challenge when it comes to wholesaling is, getting leads.
