When the market crashed our 2 adult daughters and their families decided to relocate to Orange County (our son in law was originally from here).

Until one day, I asked my daughter if she was going to go outside to make new friends.

My kids are age 8 (son) and 10 (daughter).

This makes it harder for these women to break away from this cycle of poverty and adds additional wear and tear on your house (also makes  it difficult for you to terminate leases based on Fair Housing rules).In our case it wasn't mom and dad who produced children like they were PEZ dispensers but their adult daughters who, when tired of dealing with them dropped them off at mom and dads (and my house) to raise.  

As the conversation progressed it became apparent that he is going down there to assist his daughter. 

Wife and daughter go with me basically everywhere.Anyways, if you guys got deals and short on funds, run them by me.

My aunt told their daughter, who is a heavy smoker, you can vape inside the house, but you can't smoke in here.  

My daughter lives in San Francisco and rents are dropping there.

@Jay Kiehn, My husband put in for MacDill position and my daughter is stationed there too.
