My daughter is going through her own tenant from hell experience but one big advantage she has is the renters are Navy and her husband is ex-Navy.

Allysa, we have ties to the area as we plan to retire there and have a daughter.

After about 2-3 years his Son and Daughter-in-law moved in straight from China and she was pregnant (had 3 kids since being in Canada).

For example, a mother/daughter (aka in-law suite) is still a single family.

My married daughter and married son have even gotten calls and texts about selling.

I win.My daughter is having a food drive at school and we were planning on taking canned goods, but maybe we shouldn't since that's not a perfect solution for getting every last homeless person off the streets.
