Hello I just finished the audiobook of "The Book on Rental Property Investing: How to Create Wealth and Passive Income Through Smart Buy & Hold Real Estate Investing".I just want to know if there are any PDF's on the " checklist what to see before buying a house" and a PDF for other 2 things like - "How to make an offer and what to check before completing the offer" - "how to find my Karma points for my loan so I make it easy on my bank"Edit : Also the guide on how to do Screening on my Tenants if possible(the one that analyzes the audiobook)

This is specific to single family homes, so you could definitely lower these amounts, especially CapEx, for a condo where most of the major expenses will be covered by your HOA.
