Personally, I only invest passively (color me lazy!)

@Laura Jonhson, I realized my issue was more in the master bedroom of my home, and after further research I found that three of the four walls in Master bedroom have heating ducts running up to the upstairs unit.

Paint the front door a nice color and put some curb appeal out front.

Please help us choose which color in terms of look and value add.

If you're gutting the entire place: then I would put in furnaces with air conditioner and dedicated ducts/systems for each unit.

We added extensive espresso color wood fencing that was very inexpensive to do and and added lots of curb appeal.

Is there a particular color or style of siding and trim that would make the property look really good?

Print those pictures IN COLOR with explanatory notes.

Range (almond color) and refrigerator (white color and dying) still need to be replaced as well as some faucets, any recommended brands?
