My answer is usually a lease option (L/O) but I see you are in TX and TX is pretty unfriendly to a L/O strategy that will actually work.

Then they stalk the customers who warn others with retorts that prove how un-virtual they are;  their service is about as vitual to real estste as a shovel is to gardening.D o n' t  waste your time, keep your money.
