An agent that recently showed the property reached to stating that their client love the property but would like to know if the landlord would be okay with installing a gas line or gas stove either at their cost or landlord cost.

I am also going to branch into everything surrounding real estate such as home cleaning, contracting and moving into franchising.

I think the location will make it much easier for us to rent and hopefully reduce turnover.Once our offer was accepted, we sometimes felt that our agent was not fighting for our desired terms, but rather just trying to close the deal.

I don’t want to waste your time as an agent but will be sure to reach out as I continue this process.

On top on everything else, I talked to my insurance agent who says the lender still hasn't gotten him a loan number so I wouldn't even have insurance on it yet.  

But just find a good investor agent, see some homes, run some numbers, buy a solid single or double and see how it goes.
