Client, I see that you own a home and have a vehicle both insured with good coverages, however how do you feel about making sure that if you, your spouse, or one of your children get into an accident that not only are they covered to pay for the accident.

My model is per room rental.Initially I offered to rent 2 rooms, store additional furniture for $1,400 with all utilities/internet paid.

They informed me that they believe the owner had died and that the property is now in their children's hands.

How dare they not move furniture and look behind walls.....?

Updates and additional questions:No large furniture left but washer, dryer, multiple TV screens (one is probably 55" left without receiver. 12 + bags of trash left inside. 

I have been able to track down the owners children/relatives before and they have given me owner info.

You renting out your room generally will be fine, especially if your furniture is there, etc.
