Just trying to figure out a new somewhat cheaper approach because as of now buying a list and then having list mailed out using a second company, yellow letters, is a little to high for me right now even for say a 1000 pieces.

You may have to offer cash for keys (cheaper than eviction) but it's your building and as long as you don't discriminate against a protected class (FELONS ARE NOT) then you get to choose who lives in your buildings.
