Let the boys of summer begin.. lets go Phillies....

I plan to become a real estate agent this summer in order to learn the business, network, and raise capital.

They are what i work on during the summer and get some deals better than MLS or wholesale buys.

I am going to sell my home in Haslet this summer.

They may or may not be true for that area.Inventory numbers depend on what type of product.3 bed 2 bath under 150k might be tight but everything else for example might be over saturated.In my state of Georgia levels are lower but banks have a lot of inventory they own and are trying to put on the market for the peak summer months.So levels might be down but that doesn't mean more inventory isn't waiting to be brought out to market.

But I do plan to test it this summer.

The soonest that I could would be next summer.

I also purchased a SFH with my wife last summer.

However, i'm to far into the semester in order to register at the local community colleges (Most CC's don't offer RE couses in the summer) Can anyone recommend any Real Estate Schools in the SoCal area.

I just got off Active Duty last summer.
