While talking to 2 code officers from the area, they brought up the idea of de-converting the property into a duplex by combining the top two units and this would allow us to no longer have to build the fire escape.

Floors leveled, basement moisture mitigated, lots of carpentry repairs.I found the property and we had excellent 100% financing through a private lender that I brought to the table.Overall, it was successful - and I'm looking for my next!

I chose Legal Aspects, and am glad I did; it brought into focus a lot more of the do's and dont's that the first (2) books touched upon.I'm still waiting to get my exam date, and feel very confident in passing the first time, after taking this course.There are other courses available, but I thoroughly scouted the reviews, and chose Rockwell.
