You can get a 30 year fully amortized product but it wouldn't be at 6% i think more along the lines of 7.5ish Max LTV 75% fixed anywhere from 3 to 10 years

@Maxwell Milholland Your ARV should be determined by a realtor who knows the area who can tell you what a house will go for within 1 mile radius with he updates you have, similar beds, baths, sqft and lot sqft.

I found a multi family with the following numbers have an accepted offer just doing an appraisal. my appraisers are telling me its a hard comp. there aren't many houses similar in size beds etc.
