There is another way to ahead of those bidder approved yourself with appraisal condition open---Once you have property address you can close in 15 days or less  depend on appraisal report.

I opened my own LLC in December and I was wondering despite the fact that I haven’t sold a property yet or collected any rental income am I entitled to any tax breaks or write offs?

It’s a 2 way street that I find most people are open to.

Leets start out looking at previous reports. once you have your previous reports up click on the other actions, edit report. your report opens. click thru your report to the calculate results.
