A series of things happened: 1) the contractor who was going to do the work to fix some things up had an accident (and he was just going to do the work himself for a lower rate as a friend, so no back up) 2) I got pregnant and have been completely sick for the past couple months and couldn't do much and 3) the holidays have been very busy with visitors, so we have used the extra space to host. 

There is more managing in the beginning or if you have vacancy, after that it auto pilot unless a problem comes up.  

Been getting spammed lately with fake Docu signs and fake huds... anyone getting these.As I get docusigns and Huds to review pretty much dialy I open them by accident now I just delete them

The high level of service and touch that they offer and the auto updating for me on my entities was the selling value that helped me make my decision.

Most landlord insurance policies cover accidents, but its usually between 100,000-250,000 coverage.

And ever tenant I have auto deposits their rent into my bank account.
