Weigh the amount of stress/time/money that each option will be, and what will get you the results you want the quickest/easiest.     

Most judges give preference in a decision to parties that show up to defend themselves and at least give their side of the story.For the dollar amount you're talking about, I'd try. 

Not necessarily cheap money (minimums at those types of loan amounts), but look doable on the surface.Let me know or PM. 

Depending on the amount of ductwork needed, would this be cheaper than the mini split system?

@Natalie KraftMichigan is a different animal but we only have a limited amount of "billboard" permits and they are all taken so I think you need to figure out what that would entail from the city or state, not the billboard company.

Unless the debt is for a significant amount, it may cost you more (time, money, anguish) than it's worth to pursue the matter.

Bear in mind, you will save a considerable amount if you are able to do the work on your own.If your not comfortable making a call on the ARV, just ask an agent.
